Both tiers include full monthly bookkeeping, reconciliation, tax-ready reporting, and payroll. The mid-size tier is built for businesses with higher transaction volume, more accounts to reconcile, or more detailed management reporting needs — pricing scales with the actual work involved, not a flat jump. We'll confirm which tier fits after a quick look at your current setup.
Do you handle both bookkeeping and payroll, or are they separate services?
Both are included together. You don't need a separate payroll vendor or a second system to reconcile against — it's handled as one integrated service.
Will my books be ready in time for tax filing?
Yes — that's the core of the service. Books are reconciled and organized every month, not rebuilt at year-end, so your accounts are ready to hand to your tax preparer whenever filing season arrives.
How does onboarding work — how long until my books are set up?
After your free quote, onboarding typically takes about two weeks — reviewing your current books (or setting up fresh if you don't have any), connecting your accounts, and confirming your reporting structure before your first full monthly cycle begins.
What software/platform do you use?
We work primarily in QuickBooks and Xero. If you're already using one of these, we'll work within your existing setup; if not, we'll help you get set up on whichever fits your business best.
Is there a contract, or can I cancel anytime?
Engagements run month-to-month — no long-term contract required. We'd just ask for notice ahead of a billing cycle if you decide to cancel, so we can hand off cleanly.
